Stjørdal municipality shall construct a new Centre treatment plant, SARA. A new pumping station shall be constructed near the existing treatment plant. The contract includes; Foundation works, construction works for buildings, ventilation and deodorising, sanitary installations, electrical installation works and outdoor works. The contract includes construction of a treatment plant and a pumping station.
