The acquisition concerns the companies of the Vaasan Sähkö Group; Outsourced debt collection services purchased by Vaasan Sähkö Oy and Vaasan Sähköverkko Oy. The services include voluntary, legal and post-recovery of overdue receivables of the Vaasan Sähkö Group, as well as the management of related civil and criminal matters in Finland.

The acquisition concerns the companies of the Vaasan Sähkö Group; Outsourced debt collection services purchased by Vaasan Sähkö Oy, 0209628-8 and Vaasan Sähköverkko Oy, 1993667-7.

The services include voluntary, legal and post-recovery of overdue receivables of the Vaasan Sähkö Group, as well as the management of related civil and criminal matters in Finland.

The Provider may carry out debt collection operations in its own name, on behalf of the Subscriber and on behalf of the Subscriber. The client owns the receivable, including interest, at all stages of the collection. In addition, the Client has the right to decide on the appropriateness of legal actions for legal collection.

The agreement covers, inter alia, the following:

- Customer service

- Voluntary collection of receivables, including the process of cutting off and connecting the energy supply

- Legal collection of claims

- Debt restructuring

- Yrityssaneeraukset

- Jälkiperintä

- Reporting and accounting

- Disputes if necessary

The Tenderer undertakes to comply with the legislation in force in all the services and work it performs, as well as the regulations and instructions issued by the authorities based on them.

The Service Provider is responsible for ensuring that the Electricity Market Act and Decree, as well as the terms and conditions of the Customer in force at any given time (SME2014 (Appendix Sahkonmyyntiehdot-SME-2014), VPE2019 (Appendix Network Service Terms-VPE-2019), LE2019 (Appendix Connection Terms-LE-2019), General Terms and Conditions of District Heating 1.12.2022 (Appendix kaukolammon-general-terms and conditions-from 1.12.2022-onwards).
