1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of meat and meat products for the needs of the Municipal Social Services Center in Wrocław. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV 15100000-9 Animal products, meat and meat products; CPV 15112100-7 Fresh poultry; CPV 15110000-2 Meat; CPV 15114000-0 Offal; CPV 15412100-0 Animal fats; CPV 15113000-3 Pork; CPV 15111100-0 Beef; CPV 15111000-9 Beef.

1. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract to the food warehouse located in the Social Welfare Home (DPS) at 25 Karmelkowa Street in Wrocław. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the requirements of the Ordering Party in the scope of implementation shall be specified by: 1) Price calculation (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ); 2) Draft agreement (Annex 7 to SWZ). NOTE: All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL. The performance of the contract is subject to Polish law, including in particular the Civil Code and the Public Procurement Law. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the provisions of law applicable to this subject of the contract. 3. The required Quality Guarantee Period and the terms of the warranty for the delivered subject of the contract – was specified in the Draft Agreement – Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and in the Offer Form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
