1. The subject of the order is the purchase of personal monthly tickets for students from the Wola Krzysztoporska Commune:
- in regular passenger transport, or
- in regular special passenger transport, including the provision of care for pupils on the routes, in order for the Municipality to fulfil its obligation set out in Article 32(5) and Article 39(3) of the Act of 14 December 2016. Law on School Education (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 900, as amended).
1.1. Pupils will commute from their places of residence to educational institutions located in the Wola Krzysztoporska Commune.
1.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendices 9-13 to the Terms of Reference, including:
- Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference - Guidelines of the Contracting Authority
- Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference - Summary of the number of children commuting to schools from individual localities in the school year 2023/2024 and 2024/2025
- Appendix No. 11 to the Terms of Reference - Required departure and arrival times for students in 2024

- Appendix No. 12 to the Terms of Reference - Ordinance of the Head of the Wola Krzysztoporska Commune on the establishment of the regulations for transporting students to schools in the Wola Krzysztoporska Municipality
- Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ - Resolution of the Wola Krzysztoporska Commune Council on the establishment of the plan of the network of public primary schools run by the Wola Krzysztoporska Municipality and the determination of the boundaries of public primary school districts.
