The purpose of this contract is the provision of telecommunications services required by the Administration of the Principality of Asturias (Councils), as well as the agencies, companies, entities and public entities listed in the Specification of Particular Administrative Clauses.
- Provide communications links for the SPPA to configure a multiservice data network that facilitates the interconnection of SPPA headquarters with each other, with corporate CPDs, with public networks, with other Administrations, with service companies

- Provide mobility lines and communications links, as well as associated services,
- Provide, inventory, install, base, configure, optimize, document and maintain the communications and security services and equipment necessary for the full functioning of mobile communications,

Technical office services: control of the implementation and exploitation, documentation, billing and compliance with the levels of service requested for each lot, for the management of the implementation and exploitation of the contract.
