The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021.716 i.e.) hereinafter referred to as the supply of active electricity, in the forecast total amount during the term of the contract of about 45.2 GWh for the following Parties to the agreement:

• Municipality of Liw – acting in the proceedings as the Leader of the Purchasing Group

and

• Municipality of Ożarów Mazowiecki,

• Gmina Łochów,

• City of Hungarians,

• Commune of Zaręby Kościelne,

• Commune of Mszczonów,

• Commune of Baranów,

• City of Sokołów Podlaski,

• City and Commune of Wiskitki,

• Municipality of Nowa Sucha
