The order includes the purchase with delivery of a mobile two-shaft shredder (year of manufacture 2022 or 2023), intended for shredding, in particular, materials such as construction rubble, bulky waste and green/biodegradable waste (branches, roots, etc.) in accordance with the parameters given in the SWZ. The device must be brand new. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to train at least 3 persons indicated by the Contracting Authority.
Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: excessive technical difficulties, excessive costs of performance of the contract and difficulties in coordinating the activities of different Contractors performing individual parts of the contract, which could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and the offer.
