The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier for the procurement and delivery of fuel for the agency's vehicles, machines and equipment.

VAV has a continual need for fuel for the agency's vehicles, equipment and machines.

The need will mostly be bulk deliveries and some procurements at pumps. Fuel from pumps is necessary in order to ensure that the agency's vehicles and machines always have available fuel (diesel, tax-free diesel and petrol). We would like to enter into a contract with 1 supplier who can deliver fossil free fuel for all or parts of the fuel deliveries.

In addition the agency also has a need to procure engine oil, windscreen wiper fluid, ADblue, light-bulbs and windscreen wipers.
