Description:
Technical support and further development of the website www.klima-mensch-gesundheit.de

On the www.klima-mensch-gesundheit.de website, citizens can find quality-tested and independent information on how they can prevent the health effects of climate change. In addition, specialists receive information on how to make living environments heat-proof and to address people specifically in their everyday environment. The website currently provides information about the following risks of climate change on human health in a way that is appropriate and easy to understand:

- heat-related illnesses,

- UV-related diseases,

-Respiratory diseases

- allergic diseases, as well as

-Infectious diseases.

The website is aimed at the general population and particularly vulnerable groups such as the elderly, people with pre-existing conditions and parents with young children. Multipliers and experts from the living environments of municipality, daycare centres and schools, companies and nursing and care facilities also receive information and support services, e.g. good practice examples. The website has a modular structure, whereby information texts are supplemented by videos. In addition, target group-specific (print) media are created for individual information and to support multipliers and specialists on site. In addition to the (print) materials of the BZgA, the "media library" of www.klima-mensch-gesundheit.de also contains a large number of print and online materials from other authorities and ministries, associations, research institutions and institutes. This is also intended to reflect the networking idea of the communication initiative. Adaptation to climate change and climate protection is a cross-sectional task for society. This requires the involvement of all the competencies and strengths of the relevant actors. In addition to the offers at the national level, there are a large number of primary, secondary and tertiary preventive measures and offers that are implemented by associations, research institutions and institutes. These actors are linked under Partnerships or will be linked successively. Furthermore, the topic-specific content is often created in cooperation, e.g. the BZgA has developed the content on UV radiation and UV protection in cooperation with the Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS).

The contract covers the following services:

- project management

- Technical maintenance and further development

- Functional and non-functional extensions

- Technical implementation of SEO measures
