1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the following locations:

1) The supply of electricity for the location of Pyskowicka 47-51 will be carried out for the following parameters:

a) Voltage level 20 kV

b) Ordered contractual capacity 280 kW

c) Amount of active energy 1150 MWh per 12 months (estimated)

d) The Ordering Party has one point of electricity consumption – Tariff B23 with the number 590322400800592364

Settlement of liabilities resulting from the sale (supply) of electricity will take place according to the indications of metering and settlement systems, on the side of ŚN 20 kV of connection 1 for PPE specified in point d)

2) The supply of electricity for the location of Opolska 21 Street will be carried out for the following parameters:

a) Voltage level 0.4 kV

b) Ordered contractual capacity 48 kW

c) the amount of active energy 100 MWh per 12 months (estimated)

d) The Ordering Party has two points of electricity consumption:

The first point - basic power supply - Tariff C22A with the number 590322400800701919

The second point - backup power supply - Tariff C22A with the number: 590322400800299485

Settlement of liabilities resulting from the sale (supply) of electricity will take place according to the indications of metering and settlement systems, on the NN side of 0.4 kV connections 1 and 2 for PPE specified in point d)
