NHS Sheffield CCG are seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers for the provision of a service delivering highly complex care in a domiciliary setting.

The care packages offered by NHS Sheffield CCG will require a specific level of skill for effective care delivery due to the presenting complexity of need and will include cases that require a registered nurse to maintain a specialist clinical overview.

The CCG envisages that the successful provider would work with a small number of service users, who require intensive levels of care.

This is for a 12 month contract, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

As the procurement falls under Part B of Schedule 3 of the public contracts regulations 2006, it is only mandatory for the procurement to comply with Regulation 5 (2).
