VE 1705-023 plastering and stucco work:

A residential project with 13 residential units each is being built on “Kanadaring- an der Schutter”, construction field west for Wohnbau Stadt Lahr GmbH on an inner-city area that is free of construction at the start of construction. The two 5-storey houses will not have a basement. They are built in solid construction (external walls KS or reinforced concrete with a thermal insulation composite system; ceilings and roof: reinforced concrete with slope insulation and extensive green roofs). The buildings are constructed in the "KFW Efficiency House 55" standard. Technical rooms and other adjoining rooms are located on the ground floor.

The performance of the plastering and stucco work is the subject of this tender.
