Høgskolen i Sørøst-Norge (HSN) shall enter into a framework agreement for handling subscriptions for periodicals for the libraries at the university college. The contract includes printed and electronic single subscriptions, as well as a tool for administering the subscriptions. The framework agreement can also be extended to apply for other products, systems and services that can naturally be connected to handling subscriptions for periodicals.
