The assignment includes the statutory audits of HDSR's annual accounts and management report for the financial years 2024 and 2025 (with 3x the option to extend the agreement for the financial years 2026 and 2027 and only in case of very unforeseen circumstances also the financial year 2028). The scope of the assignment consists of the following services:

- the certifying function,

- the assessment of the annual accounts and assessment of the management report;

- the natural advisory function that includes: being a sparring partner, being a source of information in the field of (financial) legality and solicited / unsolicited advice in response to findings.

In addition, the control activities for the (financial) accountability to the subsidy providers also fall within the scope of the assignment (special declarations of subsidies).
