The object of the contract is the temporary provision of an IT system consisting of:

Lot 1: A cloud storage with a WebOffice component with specific features, functionalities and restrictions as well as corresponding apps as well as an administration interface.

Lot 2: A messenger with specific features, functionalities and restrictions as well as corresponding apps and an administration interface.

Cloud storage with a WebOffice component with specific features, functionalities and restrictions, as well as corresponding apps for and an administration interface, which are specifically described in the service description. The WebOffice component uses cloud storage as storage. Cloud storage with a WebOffice component supports the required interfaces to Messenger (lot 2) and other systems (e.g. IDM).

Messenger with specific features, functionalities and restrictions specifically described in the service description, as well as corresponding apps and an administration interface. The messenger uses cloud storage (lot 1), among other things, as a storage location for received files. The messenger supports the required interfaces to cloud storage and WebOffice (lot 1) as well as to other systems (e.g. IDM).
