The subject of the contract includes the provision of regular transport service carried out as part of local collective transport on bus lines operating under the public transport system connecting the area of the Communes of Józefów, Karczew, Otwock and Wiązowna with Warsaw, in the number of 2 681 211 ( word: two million six hundred eighty one thousand two hundred and eleven) +5%/-10% (plus five percent/ minus ten percent) of carriage kilometers, hereinafter also referred to as “wagzokm”.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 388 (2) (c) of the Pzp Act under conditions no worse for the Contracting Authority than in the basic contract, including:

1. Additional buses in the number not exceeding 6 pcs.

2. lengthening the implementation of services by a maximum of 24 months

3. Maximum volume of transport work of 1,340 600 wagons.
