The works relate to Service Services — Construction works and include redevelopment works, local adaptations, minor new installations, repairs and services in B's owned and managed and leased properties such as: schools, nursery schools, administration buildings, apartments and premises for trader.

— Old Village AB 15 MNSEK

— Avesta Industristad (subsidiary of GBAB) 3 MNSEK

— Avesta Water and Waste AB 0,5 MNSEK

Volumes are estimated and based on data from previous years. The requer does not guarantee volumes but shall be able to carry out commissioned works under the command of previous years' volumes.

Ceiling volume for the framework contract is 111,8 mnkr.
