Establishment of fully functional building in total contract, incl. building maturation, excavation work, building, plumbing, ventilation, electricity, doors, re-establishment, fortified areas, planting etc. as well as foundations for chimney.

Establishment and installation of natural gas and electric air-to-water heat pump with minimum heat output of 4 MW and associated technical components.

Establishment of 1,000 m3 accumulation tank in total contract in connection with the establishment of a new power plant.
