The purpose of this consultation is to carry out Energy Performance Diagnostics (EPD) for buildings and business premises to be carried out on Grandlyon Habitat's assets.

this contract constitutes:

- A multi-award framework agreement governed by Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.

- This framework agreement sets out the contractual provisions firmly and will be implemented as necessary by issuing purchase orders in accordance with the terms defined in this framework agreement.

The aforementioned services are the subject of a single lot.

the framework agreement is concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 1,500,000.00 excluding VAT distributed among the holders over the total duration of the framework agreement, which may be renewed
