1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity between 1.1.2019 and 31.12.2021 in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755, as amended .) for the purposes of the municipalities and their organizational units listed below:

2) Commune of Baranów Sandomierski, ul. Gen. L. Okulickiego 1, 39-450 Baranów Sandomierski

3) Bisztynek Commune, ul. T. Kościuszki 2, 11-230 Bisztynek

4) Lubawa City Commune, ul. Rzepnikowskiego 9a, 14-260 Lubawa

5) Gmina Nasielsk, ul. Elektronowa 3, 05-190 Nasielsk

6) Commune of Sępopol, ul. 11 November 7, 11-210 Sępopol

7) Gmina Węgorzewo, ul. Zamkowa 3, 11-600 Węgorzewo

2. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2121 is 29 067,241 MWh.

3. The material scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the ToR), including the location and description of the electricity consumption points and the contract template (Annex 3 to the ToR) together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract ) and No. 2 (power of attorney), which are an integral part of this ToR.

4. This contract does not include electricity distribution services.
