Horticultural care (green maintenance) and path cleaning (grey care) on public green areas, streets, paths and squares as well as other urban properties in the urban area 40699 Erkrath

The city of Erkrath intends to award the maintenance of green spaces and the maintenance of paths in the districts of Alt-Erkrath and Unterfeldhaus. The contract includes, among others, the following works:

- Clean lawns;

- Clean woody areas;

- mowing lawns;

- mowing meadows;

- maintain planting areas;

- Cutting hedges;

- pruning woody plants;

- Cleaning of pathway surfaces;

- mowing of small areas;

- Cleaning of traffic islands, roundabouts, road dividers.

The contract will initially run for one year. It is extended by a further year if the client does not terminate the contract with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the respective contract year. The maximum contract period is 3 years; the contract ends, if not terminated earlier, no later than 31.12.2026.
