The purpose of this framework agreement is to assemble and encode audiovisual files, to supply, rent, install, maintain and remove audiovisual equipment for the exhibitions of the Musée national Picasso-Paris (hereinafter referred to as "the Picasso Museum"), as well as to support the museum's teams for specific projects in the audiovisual field

The scope of services concerns in particular:- retrieval, if necessary, editing and encoding of files,- supply or rental of audiovisual equipment (screens, video projectors, overhead projectors, sound diffusers, etc.) but also all cabling, connectors, and storage media such as hard drives, SD cards, etc. The service includes delivery, installation and replacement,- installation and de-installation of the equipment, provided by the owner but also by the Picasso Museum, on the site of the Hôtel Salé, according to the schedule established by the project managers,- the maintenance of the equipment installed on the site of the Hôtel Salé throughout the duration of the exhibitions and exhibitions,- Support for specific projects whose complexity requires advanced skills and analysis in the audiovisual field. The incumbent may be called upon by the project managers prior to the exhibitions in order to provide advice, expertise, study, monitoring and support for the needs and operations necessary for the proper performance of the services.The exhibition spaces of the Hôtel Salé are spread over 5 levels
