Collective catering service, to be provided at the headquarters of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.

The basic catering service consists in the purchase of foodstuffs, preparation, cooking and packaging of meals at the School's kitchen, transport and distribution through service lines in the consumption rooms of the meals themselves, which are divided into:

• Breakfast (mainly only ordinary students);

•Lunch;

• Dinner (mainly only ordinary students and PhD students).

This service is entrusted in accordance with the provisions of art. 144 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, in compliance with the environmental provisions of green economy and the "minimum environmental criteria" (CAM) provided for by art. 34 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The basic catering service is complemented by a cafeteria service, provided at the appropriate room located in the School's headquarters and aimed at the internal community of the School and all guests and other subjects admitted to access it.

In addition to the above, additional catering services may be provided at the specific request of the School. For this ancillary service, the School reserves the right to use suppliers other than the one awarded.
