The object of the Order is the implementation of work related to the attachment of the recipients of the IV and V groups on the territory of TAURON Distribution S.A. Branch in Legnica.

The task includes the design and execution of construction works in accordance with the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority, in particular the development of design documentation, the implementation of all design work, supplies, services, obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, obtaining decisions granting a construction permit, the implementation of construction and assembly works in the turnkey system and the payment of any compensation resulting from the performance of these works and the development of post-construction documentation, as well as any work necessary for the removal of defects and faults on the basis of a guarantee of quality and warranty for defects, as well as other activities and tasks and duties to be carried out by the Contractor for the proper implementation of the Subject of the Order.
