The city of Hamm (client) is tendering the engineering services according to the performance profile structural design according to the work phases 1-6 according to § 51 HOAI for the construction of a new building for the open all-day school (OGS) at the Von-Vincke-Schule in Hamm gradually throughout Europe.
The lunchtime care of the students at the Von-Vincke-Schule is partly located in separate rooms on the opposite side of the street and thus outside the school property.
As part of the construction project described here, in addition to bundling the care offers on the school property, the current kitchen and dining room situation of the OGS on the 1st floor is to be optimized with regard to increasing numbers of participants in the lunch catering.
In 2006/2007, an extension with a separate staircase for the OGS was built at the Von Vincke School. On the ground floor there are toilet rooms for the school. Upstairs there is a kitchen with an adjoining care room. The staircase between the old and the extension was raised higher at that time, so that a connection to the staircase on each floor was possible from the old building (2nd escape route).
The main building from 1912 was extensively renovated from 2009 to 2011 and made barrier-free accessible with an additional elevator and staircase.
The subject of the contract is the specialist planning services required for the implementation of the previously described project for the performance profile of structural design.
