The work consists of the provision of technical collaboration services in preparatory work necessary for each phase of the land restructuring process, regulated in Law 4/2015, of 17 June, on the Improvement of the Agrarian Territorial Structure of Galicia (DOG no. 131 of 14.7.2015), hereinafter, METAGA.
The process of land land restructuring includes the following phases:
(a) bases for land restructuring;
(b) land restructuring agreement;
c) act of reorganization of property.
The process of land restructuring includes the following complementary and necessary actions for its development:
(a) The preparation of the cartographic plot plans.
b) Preparation of the previous environmental document and the environmental impact study, if applicable.
(c) Elaboration of the Plan for the Management of Special Agricultural Premises.
d) Preparation of the work plan.
(e) Implementation of relief plots.
