Microsoft licenses, municipality of Maashorst io

Delivery of Microsoft licenses (E3 365) for approximately 730 users.

The agreement is an assignment agreement for the supply of Microsoft licenses. This concerns a one-off delivery for which the license right is agreed for three years. The starting date of the licenses to be purchased initially is 1.11.2020 *.

The municipality of Uden is also the delegated client for the licenses of the municipality of Landerd (Participant). The licenses to be delivered replace the current licenses that the municipality of Landerd currently uses (see also tender document).

From 1.1.2022, the municipalities of Uden and Landerd will continue together as Municipality of Maashorst.

* Due to the duration of this procedure, the licenses must be backdated to the original end date of the EA (S) agreement: 1.11.2020.
