The subject of the contract of this tender procedure is the purchase of medical equipment for the Department of Neurosurgery and the Department of Neurology, (hereinafter referred to as the goods), in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Assortment and price form" constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Offer Form, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and meeting the limit parameters specified in the annex "Technical parameters" (Annex 1a1, 1a2 to the Offer Form).
