Purchasing electricity

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for consumption points belonging to MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o.

The order covers the sale of energy for electricity consumption points belonging to MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o. collecting electricity (in accordance with Annex 2 to OPZ). The Ordering Party will purchase electricity in tranches, based on forward products or based on the SPOT market, in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract. The estimated demand of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is 148.312.01 MWh.
