As part of the Cigéo project, ANDRA wishes to set up a contract of assistance to project management for support and consulting services in the field of process audit in total cost of ownership and associated tools.

The objective of the delivery is to audit the PMB encryption process being finalized. In particular, the licensee shall appraise:

— the processes and methods used;

— the computing tools used to recover costs.

The benefit is divided into four positions:

— management of the delivery and appropriation of the subject;

— analysis of methods, tools including the macro encryption model and the quality of the encryption;

— recommendations for the finalization and presentation of the encryption dossier;

— analysis of the methods and tools of the Cigeo adaptability study.
