Various events take place every year, in which the municipality cooperates with organizations that keep the city clean by means of activation and influencing behavior. They do this by handing out bags, emptying event bins, visibly cleaning, etc.

The total estimate of the Tender with a term of four years (including extension options) is set at EUR 1,600,000.00 excluding VAT.

This is an indication, based on spend analysis for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019. The Tenderer cannot derive any rights from this indication. The maximum contract value is included because of the legal obligation to do so and should not be interpreted as a budgetary framework by Tenderers.

The measures surrounding Covid-19, as referred to in paragraph 2.10 of the Guidelines, which are being instituted to contain the virus, have a direct impact on the occurrence of events and thus our demand for activation teams. As well as unforeseen issues such as: weather conditions, safety and (other) pandemics.
