The subject of the order includes the delivery and installation of two fish-hiking monitoring equipment, which will be mounted on two fish beds located on the river Rega in the village of Płoty and the village of Łobez, together with the dismantling of four inoperable devices installed on overflow in the towns of Gryfice, Płoty, Resko and Łobez, and the commissioning, testing of the system, training of the employees of the Ordering Party in the operation of the system and its maintenance and warranty service during the warranty period. 1. The item of the order includes the supply and installation of two fish-hiking monitoring equipment, which will be mounted on two fish beds located on the river Rega in the village of Płoty and the village of Łobez, together with the dismantling of four inoperable devices installed on overflow in the towns of Gryfice, Płoty, Resko and Łobez, and the commissioning, testing of the system, training of the employees of the Ordering Party in the operation of the system and its maintenance and warranty service during the warranty period.

2. The scope of the work covered by this contract to be included in the offer price:

(a) visual inspection and recognition of the place of assembly of the devices and the server for the smooth and correct execution of the object of the order;

(b) dismantling of 4 inoperable equipment installed on transfers in the towns of Gryfice, Płoty, Resko and Łobez, and transport and lodging in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority in accordance with point 9;

(c) supply of two fish monitoring equipment in overflow, together with a complete server;

(d) installation of two devices, together with the necessary additional elements (grates, covers, piers, etc.), in the indicated locations;

(e) the performance of other necessary actions, including obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the necessary decisions, the consent, the opinions and the making of notifications for the correct assembly and use of the complete system;

(f) connection of the system and equipment to the power and ICT network;

(g) the commissioning and performance test of devices and software;

(h) training of employees of the Ordering Party in the field of equipment and software;

(i) the maintenance supervision of the system during the warranty period — the response time of the service up to 48 h from acceptance of the failure notification;

(j) the development of reports on fish treks and the efficiency of the device once a year during the warranty period;

(k) the development of a final report — post-warranty, outlining the results and conclusions of the monitoring of fish treks during the warranty period, and recommendations and instructions for the user, for the further fail-free functionality of the complete system.

The scope of the task was developed on the basis of a technical dialogue carried out in September 2019 entitled “Analysis of commissioning possibilities, or delivery and assembly of the monitoring system for natural migration of fish in overflows built under the LIFE+ Rega BC project” Construction of blue ecological corridor along the valley of the river Regi and its tributaries”, in the towns of Gryfice, Płoty Resko, Łobez. Information about the call for dialogue was published on 7.8.2019 on the Ordering Party's website. The deadline for the end of the dialogue is set at 27.9.2019. In response to the technical dialogue, the Ordering Party received reports containing information and materials on examples of system manufacturers, rules of execution and use technology, conditions and capabilities of execution and service-warranty. The information obtained was used to create a description of the item of the order. The reports obtained in the framework of the dialogue are annexes to the SWZ.
