The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 6,000,000.00 (in words: six million zlotys) intended to finance the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances. Loan assumptions: 1) Loan period of the task of financing the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances from 30.09.2023 to 31.12.2038. Release of the loan in four tranches: I tranche by 30.09.2023 in the amount of up to PLN 3,000,000.00 II tranche by 31.10.2023 in the amount of up to PLN 1,000,000.00 III tranche by 30.11.2023 in the amount up to PLN 1,000,000.00 IV tranche until 30.12.2023 in the amount up to PLN 1,000,000.00
