The subject of the contract of this tender procedure is: supply of medical equipment: intraoperative imaging system, bronchonavigation and endoscopy set in spinal surgery procedures, hereinafter referred to as "goods" or "equipment" in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Assortment and price form" constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the "Offer Form", constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and meeting the specified limit parameters in the attachment "Technical parameters" (Annex 1a to the Offer Form) and in accordance with the attachment "Warranty and Service Conditions" (Annex 1b to the Offer Form). The order is divided into 3 packages.
