The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply and installation of shared bicycle garages and secure boxes in the city of Wasquehal.

The contract subject to this consultation is awarded according to a formalized procedure, in application of articles L. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 of the Public Order Code (Ccp).

The public contract to be concluded as part of this consultation takes the form of a framework agreement with a purchase order without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in value, pursuant to articles L2125-1.1 and R2162-1 to -14 of the Code de la Ordering Publique (Ccp).

It is concluded on a global basis with a single holder, and treated at unit prices.
