The subject of the contract is the revitalization of sub-area No. 10 — Bytom Śródmieście through the development of part of sub-area No. 10 together with facilities, equipment and infrastructure in the formula “design and build” i.e. the development of design and cost estimate documentation and the implementation of construction works encompassing the development of residential areas and surrounding service buildings.

- demolition of buildings of outbuildings with the protection of neighboring buildings,
- dismantling the entire surface of the plot to a depth enabling new pavements (paved and lawns),
- dismantling all connections and networks in order to make new connections,
- making a wooden gazebo with equipment,
- the execution of paved pavements,
- manufacture of pavement under the equipment,
- stripping the existing retaining wall and making a new retaining wall in reinforced concrete technology,
- the execution of green decorated,
- the implementation of the lighting of the terrain,
- execution of fence and small architecture,
- implementation of PINB Decision No. IV — 7356/54/2006/2008.
Revitalization of Subarea No. 10 Bytom Śródmieście by designing and executing land development located at Piekarska 27 Street in Bytom.The subject of the contract shall include execution in particular the scope of:
- demolition of buildings of outbuildings and outbuildings with the security of the neighbouring buildings,
- dismantling the entire surface of the plot to the depth enabling the execution of new pavements (paved and lawns),
- dismantling all connections and networks in order to make new connections,
- construction of a brick utility building with a height of max 2,5m and a depth of 2,5m and a length of approx. 11m, where 8 closed (exterior) independent utility rooms should be provided,
- the execution of paved pavements,
- manufacture of pavement under the equipment,
- the execution of green decorated,
- the implementation of the lighting of the terrain,
