The object of the acquisition is the Resident and Real Estate Information System as a SaaS solution.

The objective of the competition is to acquire a resident and real estate information system for the company by which

• modern self-service enabled and value-added electronic services can be offered to residents

• HASO staff and partners are facilitated and service for residents

• Monitoring and developing activities and facilitating the guidance of partners

• Internal processes are made more efficient and consistent

Competition is intended to find a good system in the resident and property data management systems found on the market and to implement a system environment selected on the basis of competitiveness, together with the supplier representing the solution, a system that serves the company's operations.

The operational requirements of the system are described in more detail in the Annexes to the Call for Tender.

The acquisition includes a system deployment project followed by continuous maintenance and support services of the information system. The deployment project includes technical implementation of deployment, possible design work, data transfer from existing systems, service testing, user trainings, project management, and documentation. Maintenance and support services include user support, reporting and correction of errors and glitches, as well as updates and further development of the information system.

The acquisition includes four options that may be offered and which the company may choose to take or not to adopt. The options apply to financial functions, failure reports and maintenance and two subscriptions. The options are further described in the attachments to the request for tender.
