This contract is for Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Councils wholly owned arms length management organisation (ALMO). These requirements are:

— maintenance, repair and testing of fire alarm systems,

— maintenance, repair and testing of intruder alarms,

— maintenance, repair and testing of fire equipment (extinguishers, etc.),

— maintenance, repair and testing of emergency lighting systems,

— maintenance, repair and testing of wet and dry risers,

— maintenance, repair and testing of sprinkler systems — gas type suppression systems, although not included at the commencement of the contract, may be added to the requirements at some point during the life of the contract.

Contract start date: 1.11.2019.

Contract duration: 4 years.
