The municipality of Visbek intends to plan and implement 2 functionally identical 6-group day-care centers at 2 different locations. The planning should be done for 6 groups each, however, if necessary, only 4 groups will be carried out initially and 2 groups are to be understood as expansion planning. To implement this task, the services of object planning, structural planning and technical equipment are awarded in this award procedure.

The commissioning of the two buildings is planned for summer 2022.

The construction costs are estimated at EUR 3,000,000 gross for KG 300 + 400 DIN 276 per building.

The services are to be awarded within the framework of a general planning contract. A sample contract can be found in the annexes to this announcement.

The day care centers will be built in the Poggenkamp development area near the center of Visbeck and in the Goldenstedter Straße development area. Further information on the scope of the two construction tasks can be found in the annexes (construction description, room book, function diagram).

Initially, work phases 1 to 4 of Sections 34, 40, 51 and (partly) 55 are awarded. The service phases 5 to 9 of the object and outdoor facility planning, 5 to 6 of the structural planning and 5 to 9 of the technical equipment are optional and are awarded in stages.
