Award of specialist planning services for structural design in accordance with § 49 HOAI in the service phases 5-6 according to § 51 para. 1 HOAI, building physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics) according to section 1.2.1 HOAI in the work phases 5-7 as well as fire protection according to AHO issue no. 17 in the work phases 5 and 8 for the renovation and conversion of the building complex in the Eschenheimer Anlage 31A in the Frankfurt district Nordend-West in favor of the development of 1-2-room apartments for Seniors.
St. Catherine's and White Entice is an independent foundation under public law. The sole purpose of the Foundation is to provide immediate support and care for single needy women. The purpose of the Foundation will be achieved in particular through the granting of annual pensions and the creation of accommodation.
In line with the purpose of the foundation, the St. Katharinen- und Weißfrauenstift is planning to create 1-2-room apartments including communal areas for senior citizens in the building owned by the foundation in Eschenheimer Anlage 31A in Frankfurt's Nordend-West district.
For the renovation and conversion of the building (approx. 2,600 m² GFA), the St. Katharinen- und Weißfrauenstift intends to commission a specialist planner for structural design as well as fire protection and building physics.

Specialist planning services
- the technical planning of structural engineering according to § 49 HOAI in the work phases 5-6 according to § 51 Abs. 1 HOAI
- fire protection according to AHO issue no. 17 in the service phases 5 and 8
- building physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics) according to Appendix 1 HOAI, 1.2.1 Building physics in the service phases 5-7
Basic services of the above-mentioned service phases plus Special services, step-by-step commissioning
The estimated production costs (KG 300 - 400 according to DIN 276:2018-12) of the services to be awarded are estimated at approx. EUR 3.02 million net. Of this amount, approximately EUR 1.95 million is attributable to KG 300 and approximately EUR 1.07 million to KG 400.
The aim is to make the plans immediately after the award procedure (vsl. October 2022). Construction is scheduled for spring 2023.
