1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection and further management of waste with code 19 12 12, i.e. other waste,

coming from the Waste Management Centre in Opole.

2.The waste which is the subject of the contract is the result of the crushing of bulky waste from

from the inhabitants of the Opole commune and a few neighbouring communes. Shredding of waste is carried out on an ongoing basis.

3. The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be 3500 Mg (including

subject to the possibility of transferring a smaller one during the term of the contract).

4.In the case of transferring a smaller amount of waste during the term of the contract, the Contractor will not contribute

no claims in this respect.
