Description:
Delivery of computer equipment with software for children of Popegeer families living in the Środa Wielkopolska Commune

The subject of the order is the delivery of 527 laptop laptop laptops with software, antivirus, office suite and other accessories. A detailed description of laptops (minimum technical parameters of the expected hardware) is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, and the software in Annex 1a to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract also includes:

- preparation and permanent marking of each of the laptops with information about the implementation of the project co-financed from EU funds (sticker, produced by the Contractor in accordance with the guidelines developed for the project: https://www.gov.pl/attachment/114f6723-1959-47dc-b83b-0f6fb479c9d2),

- delivery of laptops to the place indicated by the Ordering Party,

- installing software, antivirus and a free office suite on each laptop, e.g. LibreOffice,

- technical support,

- warranty service.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 527 laptop laptop laptops with software, antivirus, office suite and other accessories. A detailed description of laptops (minimum technical parameters of the expected hardware) is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, and the software in Annex 1a to the SWZ.

2. The purchased equipment will be handed over to the children of popegeer families living in the Środa Wielkopolska Commune, supported as part of the grant project "Support for children of Pegeer families in digital development – PPGR Grants" financed on the basis of the Grant Agreement No. 2810/2022 under the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020, Priority Axis V Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to REACT-EU threats, action 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shown many problems, and one of them is remote learning in the Popegeer areas. It revealed a shortage of computer equipment or difficulties in accessing the Internet, which affected the implementation of school duties by children. The "PPGR Grants" project aims to eliminate these limitations. Comprehensive support will be provided to children living in the Środa Wielkopolska Commune and are a family member (relative in a straight line, i.e. parents, grandparents, great-grandparents / legal guardian), who once worked in a liquidated state-owned agricultural enterprise and lived in a town or commune covered by PPGR. In addition, that child has not received, in the last year and the year preceding the year of submission of the application in question, computer equipment purchased from public funds or funds from non-governmental organisations or reimbursement or co-financing of the purchase of these items.

3. Computer equipment will be used for school learning, including for office applications, educational applications, Internet access and e-mail.

4. The supplied computer equipment must be brand new, come from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment, free from the burden of third party rights, technically efficient, unused (however, the Ordering Party allows the devices to be unpacked and started before their delivery only by the Contractor and only for the purpose of verifying the correctness of operation, installing the necessary software), have warranty cards, all accessories, wires, cables necessary for their use, materials for use and instruction manual in Polish and must have documents required by applicable law confirming the CE marking (declaration of conformity or CE certificate). The equipment must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases.

5. The Contractor shall provide the software in full and non-expiring latest available versions.

6. The Contractor shall provide all necessary software licenses.

7. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for defects and a guarantee for the delivered equipment, excluding software for a minimum period of 24 months. The software warranty will be provided in accordance with the software manufacturer's warranty.
