The object of the contract is the catering service for the guests of the service centers managed by the Feltrina Company for Personal Services (Feltre: A. Brandalise Service Center, Alzheimer's Center, Day Center and Protected Housing Cesiomaggiore: Don G. Rostirolla Service Center, users of the home care service of the Municipality of Feltre and Cesiomaggiore, as fully described in the special tender conditions.

1. Purchase, storage and management of foodstuffs and products necessary for the preparation of meals;

2. processing, preparation, cooking and packaging in fresh-hot bond of the requested meals, by preparation, cooking, packaging in multi or single portions at an external Cooking Centre, and subsequent transport and delivery of the multi or single portions to the individual nuclei/structures;

3. Support services such as:

• washing of dishes, trolleys and all the material necessary for distribution;

• cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and rooms used;

• tidying up and cleaning of the premises, with waste disposal.
