"IdA - Integration through Work" for employable beneficiaries at the Schleswig location - Measure for activation and professional integration according to § 16 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 2 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 3 SGB III

According to § 16.1 sentence 2 no. 2 SGB II, persons of working age may be offered benefits for activation and occupational integration. The present measure according to § 16 sec. 1 sentence 2 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 sec. 1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 3 SGB III is intended to take into account the statutory claim.

The Jobcenter Schleswig-Flensburg strives for its customers according to the above-mentioned legal basis for a measure for activation and professional integration. Based on the "fa:z model - funding approach: goal", all customers are to be supported according to their assignment in their resource area. Here, resource areas 1 – 5 are funded.
