The University of Oslo (UiO) is the country's largest and most traditional institution for higher education. UiO has approx. 100 buildings on different sites in Oslo as well as some places outside Oslo.

UiO is continually changing and there is often a need for changes and alterations to premises in order to get the best possible physical conditions for UiO's activities. UiO aims to enter into framework agreemnets with service providers that can assist UiO in the implementation of such processes. The service provider(s) shall provide consultancy services, engineering design services, follow up and assistance with tender work for assignments connected with alterations, refitting and maintenance. The contract shall cover consultancy services within the following professions:

— Electrotechnical consultancy (RIE),

— HVAC technical consultancy (RIV),

— Construction consultancy (RIB),

— Fire consultancy (RIBr),

— Acoustics (RIA),

— Energy consultancy (RIEn),

— Environment consultancy (RIM).
