The Human Resources Department wants to have a series of online tests to evaluate, select people (large-scale recruitment) and guide staff already working at STIB.
The provider has a platform with multiple tests: tests of ability, personality, motivation, behavior and possibly other tests.
All tests must be available in the same version in Dutch and French.
The tests must have a scientific basis.
The provider must have a helpdesk in order to answer any questions that may be asked by the person performing the test.
The market is divided into 5 lots. The lot contains the smallest fraction of the contract that can be attributed to a provider.
Personality questionnaire for workers (estimate: 4,500 tests per year).
Personality questionnaire for executives and employees (estimate: 1,250 tests per year).
Level tests for workers (estimate: 4,500 tests per year).
Level tests for executives and employees (estimate: 1,250 tests per year).
Competency tests (estimate: 125 tests per year).
