The new harbour building in Brønnøy Harbour is part of a contract between Brønnøy Havn KF and Søren Nilsen AS (SNAS). The building will replace the harbour building that was demolished to make room for the new register building in Brønnøysund. SNAS will cover the construction costs for the building, based on the signed contract between the parties. The building is designed and specified in accordance with this contract and the current regulations. This contract is available upon request.
In several places the description of the work has two different solutions for the execution, one in accordance with the contract between the parties, and an alternative solution. All the sections must be completed in order to be considered in the tender evaluation. In the event of a deviation from this, alternative sections will be completed with 70 % of the average price from the other tenders for a price comparison that will form the basis of any contract negotiations.

The new harbour building for Brønnøy Havn AS is 3 storey building. The ground floor will have arrivals, storage areas, the first floor will be unfurnished, and the second floor will be furnished.
There are plans to replace/improve the quay, but this work will not be carried out before the building has been completed. The quality of the quay at the front of the building is somewhat reduced. There cannot be any storage or heavy construction traffic in this area. Explicit attention is put on the fact that shipping in Midthavna will be as normal as possible during the construction period.
