The client intends to demolish and dispose of the empty structures on the site of the industrial wasteland "Former Palla dye works on Wilhelmstraße 26, 08371 Glauchau", including the removal of waste deposits and subsequent design and greening with amenity quality (parks and leisure facilities).

The planning services described above correspond to the following sub-projects:

Part 1: Demolition measures for 41 buildings (complete demolition), of paved areas and various components of the outdoor area and various fences. Abort of media connections. Removal and disposal of mineral waste. Removal of waste deposits, including mineral waste and soils up to and including DK III according to DepV, radioactive bismuth gravel.

Part 2: Land creation / reuse. Open-air design.

The award takes place in one order. The above-mentioned sub-projects are not to be understood as lots.

The client intends to commission the performance levels 1-4 according to AHO booklet 18 for subproject 1 and to commission the performance phases 2-8 according to HOAI § 39 for subproject 2. The assignment takes place in stages. First, performance level 1-2 and performance phase 2 are commissioned.

Special services:

1. Waste management, including defining waste disposal measures and updating the disposal concept,

2. Funding management, including funding accounting within the framework of the ERDF program "Integrated fallow land development (ERDF 2014-2020)" including the creation of proof of use and payment applications.
