1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the municipal real estate of the Świebodzin Commune within a period of 12 months.
2. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions of implementation are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ together with the annex.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the municipal real estate of the Świebodzin Commune within a period of 12 months.
2. The scope of the contract shall include:
1) collection of municipal waste from municipal real estate located in the Świebodzin Commune (Lubuskie Voivodeship, Świebodzin Poviat), cyclically at the source, divided into the following fractions:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) paper,
c) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,
(d) glass,
(e) bio-waste constituting municipal waste,
(f) used tyres,
(g) bulky waste,
2) collection of municipal waste as part of additional collections,
3) transport of the collected municipal waste referred to in points 1-2 (hereinafter referred to as: "municipal waste") to the place of waste collection (management) provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer,
4) transfer for the purpose of municipal waste management at the place / places of collection (management) of waste, provided by the Contractor and indicated / indicated in the offer,
5) providing throughout the entire period of implementation of municipal waste collection and transport services, places / places of collection (management) of all fractions of municipal waste,
6) providing the Ordering Party with containers/containers intended for the collection of municipal waste referred to in points 1-2,
7) performance of services and obligations related to the above-mentioned points 1) to 6).
3. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions of implementation are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ together with the annex.
4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Model Contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
