The purpose of this consultation is to award a real estate development contract to a team consisting of an operator, an architect (and design offices), necessary for the design and construction of 8 housing units in social access to property in Damazan (47) – residence "Le Lac".

- Design and realization of the real estate program of 8 housing units in social accession in the form of a CPI: carry out the operation in its entirety (studies at the end of the guarantee of perfect completion).

- Connections to all dealer networks

- Management of technical design and technical control offices (carrying out the necessary measurements and tests and issuing mandatory certificates)

- Coordination of the site: OPC and SPS

- Management and monitoring of construction companies: the operator will be responsible for the advertising and competitive tendering obligations for the award of works contracts with companies.

- Customer follow-up (buyers) and assistance of the client in all phases of marketing and accession
